It's late and I was just tweaking the blog design. Big thrifting day tomorrow. I am already done with Christmas shopping (I hate the crowds, the traffic, the rush---those suck the warm fuzzy of the season out for me). But there are still plenty of treasures to be discovered.
Will post pics!

$4
My latest thrifting booty. This pair of owl bookends were just $4.
I found these at my new favorite thrift store. Also just $4 for the pair. Vintage linen, hand embroidered.
I believe these hardwood bookends with tile inserts are mid-century based on some on-line research. They were also $4.
Finally, at an antique store I found this child's school notebook containing handwritten essays. Beautiful work. Yup, just $4.
